I was thrilled when Katherine and Matt contacted me to photograph their new family, having shot their wedding five years ago.  I love re-connecting with past clients, even more so when they have little ones I get to meet.  Their kids are awesome: Lucy was obsessed with my little gold pocket mirror and with pressing down my shutter button.  Every time I’d let her take a picture she would jump up and down in sheer excitement and then exclaim, ‘I’M HAPPY’!  Little Theo was not without his quirks…I have never seen a child so mesmerized by numbers.  Whenever we’d come across a set of numbers you could see his face light up.  Then he and his dad would point out and say the numbers together; the look in his eyes pure joy.

Thanks for having me again, you guys: I loved every minute.
